Our traditions: LA CASTANYADA!!

We made the "panellets" in our school. We need:
- Almond flour
- Potato
- Sugar
- Lemon

Mix everything and then give the form that everyone wants! ;)
Moreover for the Castanyada we eat chestnuts!

Our new COMENIUS CLUB!

Last month we started with the Comenius Club and Comenius work!

We enjoy working all together and we are preparing all the material 

for our videoconferences and meetings!! 

Excursion in Nitra

Nitra is famous historic town . In the past there was Nitra principality created in the 9th century and some famous princes ruled here : Svätopluk, Pribina, Mojmir,...   

 Our town Vráble is located 20 km from Nitra. So we organized excursion into  this town. We visited Nitra castle and Svätopluk square. Here are some photos from this great activity.

Our Excursion is about "HistoricaI and Important Places in Istanbul " .

Our Comenius Team visited very important museums in İstanbul...First of all, We searched this museums history then visited and learned so many informations about museum's history...
Our first stop was Topkapı Palace!! We saw sultan's clothes, jewelerys, religious
room, kitchen staff, porcelans...Also we played some creative drama games inside the big garden ,we liked this museum very much !!
Second stop was Yerebatan Cistern, we couldn't take a photo,because it is forbidden. We saw medusa !!It was amazing!
Lunch time at Sultanahmet Köftecisi Restaurant..this restaurant reflects our culture very well! we liked meatballs!
Third stop was Hagia Sophia Museum!! This museum was first a church then a mosque and now museum...ıt was built in 6.century. We learned a lot of thing about our culture and history!!

We liked the exchange visit in Tralee, Ireland

The  Visit in Tralee was great. We presented our Slovak folk costumes, traditional dances and songs.  We admired  costumes and dances of Ireland and all other countries: Spain, Turkey, Poland.  

Really great activity.

We saw the Atlantic Ocean, knew the history of this country. The folk theatre was beautiful.We liked the  Aquarium, Ross castle and Torc waterfalls, farm. We met here some Slovak friends, who live here for several years.

Nice country, town, people, interesting activities. Thank you for wonderful visit.
